Tobe Station: Properties for Rent and Sale


Tobe Station on the Keikyu Line in Nishi Ward, Yokohama is a popular station to live close to for younger, single people, especially for students studying at the local colleges, technical schools, and Japanese language schools located nearby.

The largest and most popular school is Yokohama Design College (https://www.ydc.ac.jp/) where among many courses, their Japanese language courses are quite popular among young people from all over the world.

Living in this neighborhood is not as expensive as other properties closer to Yokohama Station. Still, Tobe Station is only two stops from Yokohama Station and within walking distance of the Minatomirai waterfront district.

The first apartment, Glaçage Yokohama Rivière 302, is a rental flat with a 1LDK layout and 30.26 sqm of space for 138,000 yen a month. Construction of the building was completed in March of this year, so the landlord is looking for their very first tenant.
